2007 National Heritage Awards: The awards honor artists who have made a significant contribution to the cultural heritage of the United States.

Nordic Jazz Festival: The first Nordic Jazz Festival presented at the House of Sweden, Washington, D.C.

International Music from Carnegie Mellon: A series of concerts presented by the School of Music at Carnegie Mellon University. The special features composers and performers from Latin America and Mexico. A Spanish version of this series (Musica International de Carnegie Mellon) is available.
