Is my contribution tax deductible?
Yes, DUQ is a nonprofit radio station and contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Does DUQ exchange or trade my name or address?
DUQ does not trade, sell, barter or give the addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses of its members to any outside organization. WDUQ-FM is licensed to Duquesne University, which also does not share lists with any outside organization. Duquesne University may, on rare occasion, send information to all or part of the DUQ membership list, typically related to donor issues.

How do I change my name or address in your records?
You may either write to DUQ, call the Membership Hotline at 412.396.2000 or send an email to members@wduq.org. If you know your membership number (indicated on the mailing label), that is helpful but not necessary.

How long will it take to receive my thank you gift?
After your contribution has been received and processed by DUQ, we will make every attempt to forward your thank you gift within six to eight weeks. In the event that there is an unexpected or lengthy delay, we will contact you.

If you need special service or have concerns about the receipt of your gift, don't hesitate to call the Membership Hotline at 412.396.2000 or send an email message to members@wduq.org.

What is a DUQ Member Q-Card?
Every contributor to DUQ receives a DUQ Member Q-Card. Your Q-Card is a membership benefit that you can use throughout the year. By showing your card, you will receive discounts, special courtesies and services from more than 70 participating organizations, establishments and businesses.

What discount do I receive with the DUQ Member Q-Card?
Updated lists of the Q-Card discounts are printed in conjunction with the station’s fall and spring on-air membership campaigns. If at any time you wish to see a more current copy of the Q-Card lists, click here to see the web site list, send an email message to members@wduq.org or call the Membership Hotline at 412.396.2000 and a copy will be mailed to you.

Also, limited offers are announced on the air and are published in the DUQ program guide mailed to members. Please be aware that participating businesses may change or withdraw their offers, and certain restrictions may apply.

Why didn't I receive a program guide?
As a DUQ member, you will receive five issues of the DUQ program guide throughout the year. If you aren’t receiving the program guide, please let us know whether we have your correct mailing address. Call the Membership Hotline at 412.396.2000 or send an email message to members@wduq.org

When will my membership be due for renewal?
A few months prior to the expiration of your DUQ membership, you will receive a mailing asking you to continue your support. In an effort to save paper and postage, we hope that you will consider responding as soon as possible.

• By calling the DUQ Member Hotline at 412.396.2000 at any time of the day or night.
• By renewing on DUQ's safe and secure web page
• By sending your contribution by mail to:

I already sent my contribution. Why did I receive a letter?
It's possible that your membership gift and our membership letter crossed in the mail. If so, please accept our apologies and thanks for your support. If you continue to receive letters, please contact us so that we can verify your membership account.

To give a gift membership, choose one of these four convenient ways listed below. The recipient will receive a letter acknowledging your gift, the program guide, the DUQ Member Q-Card and any thank you gift that you selected.
